Doctors at a hospital in Jaipur carried out their duties while wearing black bands to support protesting doctors in West Bengal. Members of Trivandrum's Indian Medical Association also protested over violence against doctors, while doctors at a Raipur hospital raised slogans of 'We Want Justice'. The protests started after doctors were thrashed by relatives of an elderly patient who died.
