The resident doctors at Sawai Man Singh Medical College are currently on strike protesting against the suspension of 3 postgraduate medical students in the case of the delivery of a pregnant woman outside the labour room in the hospital premises. Protesting against the suspension order, the Jaipur Association of Resident Doctors (JARD) has demanded a detailed inquiry into the matter.
