Congress Member of Parliament Jairam Ramesh has criticised the central government in response to a 30-day waiver granted by the United States, which allows India to purchase Russian oil. Ramesh described the waiver as an infringement on India's sovereignty. "How long will this American blackmail continue?" he added.
