External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar is carrying a letter written by PM Narendra Modi for US President Donald Trump, who has been sworn-in today, reports said. Jaishankar was scheduled to attend Trump's swearing-in ceremony in Washington DC, as PM Modi's special envoy. Trump took charge as the 47th President of the US, at the ceremony attended by several world leaders.
