Jammu officials hold meeting to discuss curbing bird hazards near airport

Jammu Divisional Commissioner Vikas Kundal chaired a meeting on Tuesday to review bird hazard prevention near the Airport. Officials discussed reducing garbage dumps, imposing penalties for violations, and adopting practices from other airports. New concerns, including drone threats, a 40-metre microwave tower near the runway, and inaccessible Landoi Nallah, were also raised for immediate action.
