The La Gravitea cafe in Jamshedpur has employed seven deaf and mute women, some of whom are national-level athletes and have won medals at the Olympics for people with special needs. Meanwhile, La Gravitea owner Avinash Duggar has said that he plans to provide employment to 100 deaf and mute women in another business venture.
