Jamshedpur FC sold to Churchill Brothers for ₹100

Tata Steel has agreed to sell its entire stake in Jamshedpur FC's parent company to Goa's Churchill Brothers for a token ₹100, a stock exchange filing said. The deal transfers 4.08 crore shares, the club's ISL licence, 12 players and two coaches from September. Jamshedpur FC had withdrawn from the ISL ahead of the 2026-27 season.
