Jana Sena Rajya Sabha MP Lingamaneni Ramesh has urged the Centre to sanction two AIIMS-level institutions in Rayalaseema and North Coastal Andhra. He also sought expansion of AIIMS Mangalagiri, citing Andhra Pradesh's large population, regional healthcare disparities and the need for timely access to advanced medical treatment.
