Janmashtami sees 8% rise in solo female travellers

Janmashtami travel picked up as people headed to spiritual destinations during the festive weekend. Cleartrip data showed that solo female air travel rose 8% year-on-year, while travel among young people aged 15–24 increased by 20%. Mathura and Vrindavan remained the top choices, while Dwarka also saw strong travel demand.
