Japan Rail Pass prices are set to increase from October 1, 2026, for international travellers. The hike is expected to be around 5–6%. New prices will affect 7-day, 14-day, and 21-day passes, making Japan travel slightly costlier. However, it will still remain a convenient option for travelling across multiple cities in Japan.
