Japan's ex-PM Noda seen handing out flyers on local issues
Yoshihiko Noda, 69-year-old Japan's PM from 2011 to 2012 and a lawmaker with Centrist Reform Alliance, was seen handing out flyers alone at Minami-Funabashi Station in Chiba on Friday, Japan Daily reported. The flyer covered local issues including disaster insurance, child support and prefectural reform. Noda has reportedly conducted these leaflet distributions nearly every weekday since 1986.
