Japanese firm to invest ₹180 crore in Ice Make

Ice Make Refrigeration shares fell 0.34% to ₹817.45 after Japan-listed Galilei Holdings agreed to invest ₹180 crore through a preferential issue. The companies also plan a joint venture, with Galilei holding 60% and Ice Make 40%, to manufacture and sell commercial refrigerators. The funds will support capacity expansion, modernisation, acquisitions and debt reduction.
