Japanese IT firm Talendy's Founder Naotaka, who moved to India one year ago, shared life lessons he learnt while working in the country. Nishiyama said India taught him to "move forward in complexity" as "people here never give up". He said he learnt ways to build trust in diversity and embrace unpredictability as "things rarely go as planned here".
