Japanese lunar exploration company iSpace successfully launched a lander on the lunar orbit on Tuesday. The Mission 1 Lander performed its first lunar orbit insertion manoeuvre at the HAKUTO-R Mission Control Center in Tokyo. The lander is now safely orbiting the moon, the company said in a statement. It will land on the moon late next month.
