Japanese startup Space One failed to send its first rocket to space after its Kairos rocket exploded seconds after lifting off on Wednesday. The 18-metre, four-stage solid-fuel rocket was carrying an experimental government satellite. Space One said the flight was "interrupted" after the launch and was investigating the situation.
