Actor Jensen Ackles has stated that his 'Supernatural' Jared Padalecki couldn't join a fan convention in New Jersey he was attending as the latter was in "a very bad car accident". Jensen further said that Jared is "lucky to be alive" thanks to the airbags. "He wasn't driving. He was in the passenger seat...Really, really bad car accident," Jensen added.
