Jatin Ahuja, CEO of pre-owned luxury car dealer Big Boy Toyz, revealed common scams that happen while buying second-hand cars. He said that dealers often take advance money and promise to sell the car at a low price but then abandon the customer. He added that dealers often even put low-quality parts in the car.
