One jawan was martyred on Tuesday in J&K's Pulwama in an encounter between the security forces and terrorists. In the same encounter, one terrorist was also killed by the security forces. A J&K Police official said a joint team of police, 53 RR and CRPF laid cordon-and-search-operation after receiving a tip-off about the presence of terrorists in the area.
