The Yamuna Expressway Authority cancelled the allotment of 1,000 hectares of land to Jaypee Group on which India's only Formula One motor racing circuit is built. The company defaulted on payments of over ₹500 crore, it said. The authority added that modalities are being framed to safeguard the interests of third parties who invested in projects on this land parcel.
