Bihar Police has arrested Anant Kumar Singh, the Janata Dal (United) candidate for Mokama, in connection with the murder of Jan Suraaj worker Dularchand Yadav. The police also detained two of his associates. The former RJD leader and close aide of Lalu Prasad Yadav, Dularchand, was shot dead on Thursday when he was campaigning for Jan Suraaj candidate Piyush Priyadarshi.
