Jeff Bezos' mother, Jacklyn 'Jackie' Gise Bezos, died at her Miami home on Thursday at age 78 after a long battle with Lewy Body Dementia. Jackie had helped Jeff launch Amazon with an investment of nearly $250,000 in 1995. "She always gave so much more than she ever asked for," Bezos wrote on Instagram while paying a tribute to her.
