Amazon Founder Jeff Bezos plans to sell shares up to $4.75 billion (₹40,173 crore) in the e-commerce company over the next 12 months, regulatory filings revealed. The sale, which will involve around 25 million shares, will be conducted via a trading plan that will end on May 29, 2026. Bezos has previously sold $13.4 billion of Amazon stock in 2024.
