Jersey's States Assembly has approved an Assisted Dying Law allowing terminally ill, mentally competent residents with limited life expectancy to seek medical help to end their lives. The move comes as the UK's Terminally Ill Adults Bill stalls in the House of Lords. Assisted dying remains illegal in England and Wales.
