Jet Airways is planning to restart operations as a full-service carrier by the summer of 2021, a consortium led by new owners Dubai-based entrepreneur Murari Lal Jalan and Kalrock Capital announced. Jet Airways' revival plan includes creating hubs in small Indian cities. The consortium retained the brand as they believed its reputation will give the airline “an edge over others".
