UK-based Kalrock Capital and UAE-based entrepreneur Murari Lal Jalan are set to become new owners of Jet Airways after its Committee of Creditors approved their resolution plan. The airline, founded by Naresh Goyal, suspended operations in April last year after running out of cash. The resolution professional will now submit the resolution plan before the National Company Law Tribunal.
