Kalrock Capital and Murari Lal Jalan consortium has proposed benefits for Jet Airways' workforce if at least 95% of them give approval to its resolution plan. Proposed benefits include a phone or iPad or laptop for each workman out of the airline's existing IT assets. The consortium also proposed ₹11,000 for each employee and ₹22,800 for each workman.
