Billionaire investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, his wife Rekha Jhunjhunwala, and eight other individuals settled a case related to insider trading in the shares of Aptech Ltd after paying more than ₹37 crore. It was alleged that Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and his associate Utpal Seth were in possession of the unpublished price sensitive information related to Aptech foraying into the preschool segment.
