Billionaire Rakesh Jhunjhunwala bought 12 apartments in Ridgeway Apartments Malabar Hill to build his new multi-storey home currently being built in Mumbai, Moneycontrol reported. He paid ₹176 crore in 2013 for the first six apartments and ₹195 crore in 2017 for the next six. Jhunjhunwala's new home will spread across 70,000 square feet and will also have a banquet hall.
