The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday informed the Bombay High Court (HC) that actress Jiah Khan's death was not a murder. The CBI further clarified that they had "no reason to protect the accused (actor Sooraj Pancholi) in the case". Earlier, Jiah's mother Rabia Khan approached the court claiming that her daughter was murdered.
