Pakistan Army spokesperson Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif, while talking about India-Pakistan conflict under which it launched 'Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos', said jihad is what drives the country's army. "Islam isn't part of our personal belief, it's part of our training," Sharif said. "Iman, taqwa, jihad fi sabilillah (faith, piety and struggle in God's name)- that's what drives us," he said.
