Jilumol Mariet Thomas has run post to pillar for years in hopes of receiving her four-wheeler driving license. The 32-year-old from Kerala finally became the first Asian woman without arms to secure the license this week. After a long wait of over six years, Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan himself handed over the license to her in person at Palakkad.
