Jio Financial Services, led by Mukesh Ambani, has expanded into the broking business, incorporating 'Jio BlackRock Broking Pvt Ltd' on January 20, in partnership with BlackRock. The JV will offer broking and wealth management services, targeting high-net-worth individuals. Jio Financial Services is recruiting leadership and has made an initial investment of ₹3 crore each for the venture.
