J-K administration strips Davinder Singh of Sher-e-Kashmir Police Medal

The Jammu and Kashmir administration has "forfeited" the Sher-e-Kashmir Police Medal for Gallantry awarded to DSP Davinder Singh, who was arrested with terrorists while travelling in his car to Jammu. The administration said that Singh's act brought "disrepute" to the police. This comes a day after J&K Police said that Singh has not been awarded any gallantry or President's medal.
