Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury claimed that Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha is responsible for the alleged security lapse of MP Rahul Gandhi during the 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' campaign. He said that the securities provided in Delhi or Jammu and Kashmir are the sole responsibility of the respective LGs. The 'yatra' resumed from Awantipora on Saturday.
