JNPA has signed an agreement with a consortium of Trident Agrocom Exports & Man Infraconstruction for the development of an export-import cum domestic agricultural commodity-based processing and storage facility at the port. Valued at ₹285 crore, it will be developed under PPP mode on DBFOT model. In December 2024, JNPA issued the Letter of Award to the consortium.
