Job portal CutShort has launched an initiative called 'Flipkart Connect' where it is connecting laid off Flipkart employees with potential employers. The initiative was originally launched to help the Flipkart employees after a recent layoff but is now extended to all existing and former Flipkart employees. Flipkart in July had fired 700-1000 of its employees citing underperformance.
