Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has said that US President Joe Biden "hates" Kamala Harris, who replaced him as the Democratic candidate. "He (Biden) got 14 million votes. They (Democrats) threw him out. She (Kamala) got zero votes," said Trump. He further said Biden was thrown out of the re-election campaign "like a dog".
