Apple on Monday announced the appointment of Johny Srouji as its new Chief Hardware Officer, "effective immediately". Srouji, who served as Vice President of hardware technologies at Apple, will take over from John Ternus, who is set to become the next CEO. "Johny Srouji has played a singular role in driving Apple's silicon strategy," Apple CEO Tim Cook said.
