An NYT reporter, Tyler Pager, said he cold-called US President Donald Trump 10 minutes after the latter revealed around 4:21 am (US time) that Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro had been captured. Tyler said Trump picked up after three rings. "I wasn't that surprised because his phone habits are pretty well-documented," Pager said, adding that Trump didn't complain about the call.
