In the 2008 murder case of journalist Soumya Vishwanathan, a Delhi court sentenced the four convicted murderers to life imprisonment, and accomplice, Ajay Sethi will be imprisoned for three years. The court also imposed a fine of ₹1.25 lakhs. The accused, namely Ravi Kapoor, Amit Shukla, Ajay Kumar, and Baljeet Malik were found guilty on October 18.
