Journalist who first reported outbreak of WWII dies aged 105

Clare Hollingworth, the veteran British war correspondent who first broke the news that World War II had started died on Tuesday in Hong Kong, aged 105. Hollingworth, who was born in Leicester, England, covered major historic events including conflicts in India and Pakistan. Before becoming a reporter, Hollingworth helped rescue thousands of people from Hitler's forces by arranging British visas.
