Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah released a statement after 11 people were killed and 47 were injured in a stampede near Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru during RCB's IPL win celebrations. "The pain of this tragedy has erased the joy of victory," he said. "The team was not allowed to march in the victory parade, in anticipation of an unpleasant incident," he added.
