JPMorgan Chase has admitted to misconduct and agreed to pay $920 million to resolve probes by three federal agencies over allegations that it manipulated precious metals and Treasury markets for an eight-year period. The New York-based bank will pay the largest monetary penalty ever imposed by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) for spoofing, according to the regulator.
