JSW Energy completed the acquisition of Maruti Clean Coal and Power Ltd for an enterprise value of ₹1,410 crore, adding a 300 MW thermal power plant in Chhattisgarh. The acquisition increases its operational capacity to 14.8 GW and is expected to be EBITDA and PAT accretive from day one while strengthening its long-term growth pipeline.
