Shares of JSW Energy rose 2% after its subsidiary, JSW Renew Energy Thirteen Limited, secured 25-year power purchase agreement with NTPC for 700 MW of solar capacity at ₹2.59 per kWh. With a total generation capacity of 18.2 GW, the company aims for 20 GW by 2030. JSW Energy generates power using both thermal and renewable sources.
