JSW Energy is set to participate in insolvency resolution process of debt-ridden Raigarh Champa Rail Infrastructure. This comes after NCLAT overturned an earlier ruling by NCLT that denied permission to lenders to start a fresh bidding process. A resolution plan was earlier approved by Committee of Creditors (CoC) but later withdrawn after CoC decided to initiate a challenge mechanism instead.
