JSW Steel reported Q4FY26 revenue of ₹49,798 crore, up 12% YoY. Consolidated PAT surged to ₹19,243 crore, driven by a large exceptional gain from the BPSL stake transaction. FY26 PAT stood at ₹25,508 crore. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹7.10 per share and approved merger of BMM Ispat along with ₹14,000 crore fund raising plans.
