Sajjan Jindal-led JSW Steel has reportedly submitted a ₹19,700-crore resolution plan for Bhushan Power and Steel (BPSL), which owes over ₹45,000 crore to lenders. Tata Steel and UK's Liberty House have reportedly offered ₹17,000 crore and ₹19,000 crore respectively for BPSL. Tata Steel had recently acquired Bhushan Steel (BSL) through the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code process.
