Jubilant Pharmova clears ₹800 crore NCD fundraise

Jubilant Pharmova has approved raising up to ₹800 crore through listed non-convertible debentures via private placement. The company will also seek shareholder approval for a broader ₹2,500 crore outstanding debt-securities limit, giving it flexibility to fund expansion while managing its ongoing capex cycle.
