The judge dismissed Justin Baldoni's lawyer's affidavit that claimed Blake Lively allegedly blackmailed Taylor Swift, with their private texts, to show her public support on social media. Lively's lawyer, Michael Gottlieb, was accused of attempting to extort Taylor. The judge ruled that the affidavit was to "promote public scandal by advancing inflammatory accusations on Lively and her counsel".
